The private stock company Sauliaus Transporto Sistemos was founded in 1989. On March 16, 2003 it celebrated 13 years of operation.

History of the company’s foundation:

1989 – road haulage cooperative society BT-2.
1991 - Saulius Stankevicius personal transport and trade company.
1997 - Saulius Stankevicius personal company re-registered and split into two companies: UAB Sauliaus Transporto Sistemos and UAB Neringos Kelias. The company UAB Sauliaus Transporto Sistemos has a licence for cargo transportation and is engaged in road haulage, whereas the company UAB Neringos Kelias was founded for management and guarding of the assets.

Transportations

The main activities of the company: transportation of cargo to/from Sweden, Norway. Taking into account the client's requests, we choose the necessary transport mean, find the best route, solve the arising problems.
We deliver cargo to the most remote parts of Norway: Trondheim, Olesund, Bergen areas. In winter trucks use special equipment for mountain areas.
We make 90-100 trips to Scandinavia per month.
We use ferry lines Klaipeda – Karlshamn; Liepaja – Karlshamn.
We have been engaged in cargo transportation for 13 years. Our company is member of the haulers' association Linava; we have CMR insurance and TIR Carnet. We are members of the Chamber of Trade, Industry and Crafts
